The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale, together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference, govern the sale of products by Pasta Bragagnolo America, operated by Pasta ZARA USA Corp (“Pasta Bragagnolo America,” “Pasta ZARA USA Corp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), to you through this website and any related online services collectively, the “Site”.
The Site is available for purchases made and delivered within the United States, unless otherwise specified.
By accessing the Site, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing products through the Site, you agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund and Shipping Policy, and any other policies or terms posted on the Site.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site or purchase products through the Site.

16. Force Majeure
We shall not be responsible for any delay, failure, or inability to perform any obligation under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control.

If products cannot be delivered due to a force majeure event or other circumstance beyond our control, your sole remedy may be a refund of the amount paid for the affected products, where appropriate and subject to applicable law.
